Catnip is been believed to have therepeutic properties. Its dried fallen leaves as well as white flowers are generally used for this purpose. Both can be utilized to make tea, which is sometimes used to deal with problems like sleeping disorders, stress and anxiety, as well as headaches. In many cases, the roots of catnip can be utilized.
