Follow Up Consultations

Service Description

After your Initial Consultation, you're able to schedule an online follow-up appointment to check in on your progress or to discuss various other requirements that were not attended to in the preliminary examination. BOOK THIS IF YOU ARE NOT AN ACTIVE MEMBER

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours advance notice to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or fail to show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged $50 for an initial consult or $25 for a follow-up visit.
